Course Description

Basic verb structures and tenses; practice in listening, reading comprehension, speaking and writing; fundamental sentence patterns; basic verbal survival skills; read short passages; scenario in a restaurant and travel arrangements

Objectives

  • LO1: Students are to be able to explain their simple daily routines and leisure.
  • LO2: Students are to be able to read a short text about their houses or apartments, times and the weather.
  • LO3: Students are to be able to carry on a short and simple conversation in a restaurant1.
  • LO4: Students are to be able to carry on a short and simple conversation in a restaurant2.
  • LO5: Students are to be able to demonstrate a simple conversation in a ticket counter.
