Bridging the Cultural Gaps in the Digital Age
Course Description
Bridging the cultural gap in a digital economy is a crucial aspect of successfully expanding business opportunities internationally. Nowadays, businesses have the ability to connect with other businesses anywhere in the world at the touch of a button through online marketing, however, once the customer engages and begins to seek information, poor intercultural communications can lead to confusion or even worse, a loss of sales. As a result, customers will go elsewhere if their questions are not being answered in a professional and timely manner, and bad communication can lead to a lasting impression or, cancelled business transactions.
The Digital Economy trends involve “from services to experience” and with this course, we aim to reduce the cultural gap and problems in digital communication to create a better experience for our potential customers.
