Course Description
Edible insect farming is study on principles and technique for commercial, edible insect species in Thailand and other countries, biology and life cycle of various edible insects, insect rearing and insect farm management, GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) in insect farming, as well as innovation and technology in insect production as a sustainable alternative protein source and principle of marketing and business development
